[p4] Same file, different revisions?

You might try to verify this with the command line. Its possibly a
P4V bug. I could imagine P4V hitting some kind of error condition
but not reporting it; perhaps the login timed out. I'm assuming the
time of the #4 change was prior to user1 syncing?
