[p4] rsync for Windows

Have a look at Robocopy - does a very similar thing (I think) and I've
used it in the past to help fast backup of standby Perforce servers.

It's also free.

Has there been a Windows port of rsync done? I searched and couldn't
find one so I downloaded the code for the UNIX version. Even though it
might be an interesting diversion, the thought of doing a UNIX ->
Windows conversion looks annoying at best. J
