[p4] FW: Same file, different revisions?

Thanks for the ideas and yes the revision 4 was checked in a month prior
to the "sync" operation, which makes me think that it may be an issue
with how the client spec is configured. With this much time elapsing I
would not expect this to be a sync issue or a P4V refresh issue.

You might try to verify this with the command line.  Its possibly a
P4V bug.   I could imagine P4V hitting some kind of error condition
but not reporting it; perhaps the login timed out. I'm assuming the time
of the #4 change was prior to user1 syncing?
