[p4] High Level Integration Views

Thanks for the suggestions, Robert.  What I am after is something like the
revision graph at the folder level but without the file-level detail - a
view of the integration history where the namespaces (corresponding to the
branches) are atomic in the output graph.  I'd be happy with a generalized
view of the current revision graph.
