[p4] Client spec Access Time

I have a question for you.

What events modify the Access Time field of a client spec?

I have 900 client specs that are 1 to 2 years old and a few I know are
used nightly to sync build areas. 

I'm curious as to what events will actually update the Access Time of a
client spec so I don't delete something that is actually being used.
