[p4] trigger on changelist creation

Dear Perforce Triggers,
I am looking for perforce triggers to achieve this functionality: when
the user creates or updates a pending changelist, the trigger fires and
writes the job associated with the changelist to a file. Can you tell me
that is that possible and if so what type of trigger I should use?
