[p4] p4v changing the console?

Little bored on a Saturday are we :), I hardly ever use that feature
anyways, so it doesn't matter that much to me.  Just seemed like a
strange oversight.  I'd be willing to bet that there's an entry one
could make in ~/.p4qt/customtools.xml but I could not find any docs.
