We have an opening in our Release Engineering group for a Perforce 
engineer.  The position is slanted towards a junior engineer to help

Job Description

You will be joining a team working on SCM (source code management) 
and Release Engineering at a fast growing company.  We need someone 
to contribute to the support, maintenance and configuration of the 
Perforce environment.  For this role we are looking for a junior 
level person who will ramp up quickly and contribute meaningfully. 
We will also consider a more senior individual provided a 
commensurable fit in qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

Support of Perforce user community
Basic Perforce server administration
Automation and improvements to the local Perforce environment
Interaction and support of SCM and Release Engineering activities

Required Qualifications

BSCS or equivalent experience
Understanding of SCM and its role in the product life cycle
Ability to program in one or more languages
Knowledge of at least one scripting language
User level experience with Linux or a derivative
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Good organizational skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems

Desired Qualifications

Perforce experience, both as a user and an administrator
Configuration Management experience
Familiarity with Web servers and applications
Java programming experience
An understanding of ANT
Windows
Experience in tool development
