[p4] Checkout timestamp

Hi Bob,

I dont think perforce stores, the time of check out.

also I am curious to undertand the requirement.

What I understand is, It is enough to be able to find out that
- The revision is already checked out by someone else.
- From certain workspace, by certain user.

How does the check out time effects the user who is checking out a file (already checked out by someone else) ?
