[p4] Has anyone noticed a change in P4AUTH's behavior

Running a group of 2008.1/160022 servers. One license server

and several test servers.

 

It seems to be completely ignoring the outer server's protect table

instead of combining it with the authentication server's table.

 

A given protect line works fine on the main server, but is ignored

on the outer if I move it there (nothing else in either table should

be able to override it, the tables are very simple). I don't recall this

being the default behavior in earlier versions. (We have a 2007.3

pair that is not definitely handling protects as I'd expect.)
