I believe all files in the depot are saved in unix-style line end. The
transformation between the different kind of line ends are only done
during edit file operation which is usually by the information defined
in the clientspec.

Subject: [p4] fstat digest of text file

Hi,

It looks like fstat -Ol run on a text file reports a digest made with
unix-style endlines (\n) and not Windows-style endlines (\r\n). Will
this always be the case? Does this behavior change with the platform the
server runs on? Is it a server configuration option?

Thanks!

-S
