[p4] Default view in new Clientspecs

Personally I think it is vital to have a default client trigger for setting
these things.

The larger the installation, the more likely you will get the following
scenario with new users:

User:		How do I get started with Perforce?
Colleague:	Create a client workspace.
User:		OK, done that (accepting defaults including view), now what?
Colleague:	Sync it...
