[p4] how to make labelsync label deleted files

No, we can work with this, I was just trying to understand your setup;
there's always a chance there is an easier solution. =)

If you specify a file path to labelsync it will include deleted files. In my
test server, with a client of "matt-test" and label of
"test_label" I ran:

p4 tag -l test_labe //matt-test/...  
A quick "p4 files @test_label | grep delete" after showed numerous
deleted files.
