[p4] Huge quantity of orphaned files without a reason

Orphaned files - files that appeared to be exclusively checked out by user but
p4v do not show this fact.

p4 opened -x //...   shows a lot of of
//depot/dir/subdir/file.ext - user at workspace *orphaned*  messages
