[p4] Extracting data from a folder copy of Perforce media contents

The "script" you're looking for is the Perforce server and client
software.   :)   Start up the server (p4d) and connect a
client (p4, P4V, etc) to it, and you'll get a much more useful presentation
of the data.  

The folders you're looking at are just the raw archives and don't on
their own contain enough information to reconstruct the history in a useful
form; all that information (the metadata) lives in the db.* files, which the
server knows how to read.
