[p4] P4LOG has 0B free can't connect

As pointed out, you are probably out of disk space and you can use
"du" to find what is using up your space.  You can clear off
disk space by moving files to a network drive (be careful what you
erase).  You move away numbered checkpoint and journal
files.  Once disk space is cleared up, you should check your Perforce
log for errors and run
p4d -r . -xv
during off-hours to check your Perforce database.
