[p4] Extracting data from a folder copy of Perforce media contents

Although a newer p4d can read an older p4d format, we recommend that you start
up Perforce with the same p4d that you were running earlier.  Old
versions of p4d are available at

ftp://ftp.perforce.com/perforce/ [ftp://ftp.perforce.com/perforce/]

If all is well after starting Perforce, you can then upgrade.  If you
do not have current support, you can upgrade only to the most recent date you
had support.
