What version of VCP are you using?

Is svn:svn: what you wanted (just checking the aliteration)?

The svn source is not fully tested and I'm not sure what could cause 
those symptoms.  Do you need the entire revision history of libtap just 
the current head of development?  The latter is easier and less risky :)
